Pets transportation:
VivaAerobus allows transport of dogs and/or cats within the aircraft cargo compartments. The pet transportation fee is 83 USD per domestic flight and 108 USD on international flights. This makes if necessary to consider the following conditions:

The pets transportation is subject to availability of space in the cargo compartments.
For the pet documentation, passenger must make the check in 2 hours before the flight; the pet must be inside of a rigid pet carrier provided by the passenger The carriers must be leak-proof and well-ventilated, and the pet(s) must be able to stand up and move around the carrier with ease.
On International flights pets requires health certificate issued by SAGARPA.
VivaAerobus is not responsible for the feeding and care of the pets.
VivaAerobus is not responsible in case of injury, illness or death resulting from transportation.
The number of animals to be transported is limited to three (3) by flight; considering measure of carriers, temperature and duration of the flight.
The maximum weight per pet, including the pet carrier, should not exceed 70 pounds and 319 linear inches.
Passengers with disabilities
For safety reasons VivaAerobus can carry a maximum of 2 (two) passengers per Domestic flight and a maximum of 4 (four) passengers per International flight who have either reduced mobility, blind or visually impaired, travelling with a guide dog or alone who require special assistance at the airport. Such passengers (including in the case of those who are blind or visually impaired, if travelling with sighted companion) must notify VivaAerobus of their condition or special requirements on the day of booking via the local VivaAerobus call center, but always at least four hours before check-in. Failure to notify VivaAerobus will result in the service being unavailable to the passenger upon their arrival at the airport and them being refused carriage.
Each passenger shall advise VivaAerobus call center when making the reservation, the election of available option as listed below.
Blind or vision impaired passenger traveling alone without a sighted companion that requires a walker to and from the terminal to the aircraft.
