Transportation in the cabin
Domestic animals that may be carried in the cabin:
small domestic animals, such as dogs, cats and birds; [AMZ asins='B00QHC01C2,B00AAPGA2W,B000633ZOY,B0B77BRG75']
other small warm-blooded animals, such as hamsters and rabbits;
seeing-eye dogs accompanying blind or deaf passengers.
The total weight of small animals together with the cage/container carried in the aircraft cabin shall not exceed 8 kg, while the sum of 3 dimensions of the cage shall not exceed 115 cm.
Small domestic animals and birds shall be accepted for transportation only when accompanied by adult passengers and upon prior permission of the carrier. The passenger must produce a certificate issued by a specialized state institution and all other documents required by veterinary authorities of the points of departure, transfer and destination.
To carry animals, a passenger shall provide a container (cage). Animals shall never be carried without a cage/container.The container:
must be of sufficient size and allow access of air;
must have a waterproof bottom coated with an absorbent;
must have a lockable door.
A container shall not contain more than 2 animals, one passenger may take only 1 container.
The carrier may refuse transportation, if the above requirements are not observed.
A cage/container shall not be placed on a seat.
Transportation in the baggage compartment
Domestic animals carried in the baggage compartment:
domestic animals, such as dogs, cats and birds;
other small warm-blooded animals, such as hamsters and rabbits.
If the total weight of animal together with the cage/container shall exceed 8 kg the animal shall be carried only in the baggage compartment.

Transportation of seeing-eye dog
A seeing-eye dog is a dog accomanying a blind/deaf passenger or a paralyzed passenger. Passenger travelling with a seeing-eye dog is obliged to inform the carrier of this making their reservation or byuying their ticket.
Blind/deaf passengers are allow to carry a seeing-eye dog in the cabin, provided all relevant documents are produced.
A seeing/eye dog must wear a muzzle, be tied to the passenger's seat and must not occupy a seat.
Payment
The passenger shall pay a fee for carrying animals and birds in the passenger cabin or in the baggage compartment of the aircraft in compliance with the fares application rules, a paid baggage receipt being issued.
The free baggage allowance does not extend to animals and birds.
Transportation of animals in the cabin or baggage compartment shall be paid for by the passenger according to their actual weight together with the container according to the overweight baggage fares irrespective of the rest of the passenger's baggage.
Seeing-eye dogs shall be carried free of charge.
Large livestock animals, wild animals, laboratory animals, reptiles, rodents, insects and fish stocks will not be accepted for transportation.
The airlines shall not be liable for any deterioration in the health of an animal that may occur before, during or after a flight.
